This site exists to explain EKOS and to let you request a demonstration. It collects as little as that requires, and nothing it collects is sold or shared for advertising.
The demonstration request form
When you submit the early-access form, we receive the fields you typed: first and last name, work email, optional company name, and which part of the product interests you. The submission is delivered as one email notification to a fixed EKOS inbox through Cloudflare's email service; your address is used as the reply-to so we can respond. The form is for work contact details only. Please do not include customer documents, credentials, health information, or other sensitive personal records.
Verification before submission
The form runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check to keep automated spam out. Your browser completes the check with Cloudflare, and the lead is sent only after verification succeeds. If the check fails or is unavailable, nothing is submitted and your typed details stay in the page.
Optional usage analytics
We use Google Analytics to learn which pages help people, and it stays off until you choose Allow in the analytics banner. Advertising storage remains denied either way, and lead identity fields such as your name, email, and company are never sent to analytics. If a request is accepted, the only analytics event recorded is that a lead happened, with the selected product interest.
You can change your choice at any time with the analytics control below, also available in the footer of every page. Choosing to disallow analytics removes the site's Google Analytics cookies. For details on how Google processes data, seehow Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Hosting
The site is served from Cloudflare's network, which processes standard request logs to deliver and protect the service. The lead endpoint accepts only same-origin browser submissions and never claims success unless the notification email was actually accepted for delivery.
Your choices and contact
To ask about or remove a demonstration request you submitted, reply to any message you received from the EKOS team, or submit the form again with the same work email and a note. We keep lead notifications only as long as an active conversation warrants.
